5 tips for visiting the Wild Wadi Waterpark

1
Save money with the Dubai PassThe Dubai Pass is available in different variants: Unlimited, Flexi, Select or limited to Theme Parks only. The different options differ in duration and the number of possible entries. The Wild Wadi Waterpark can be visited with the Flexi, Select or Unlimited Pass! By the way, don't be misled with the iVenture Card Dubai - these are the same offers, just under a different name.

Luxury even in the water amusement parkOf course, this Dubai attraction also offers a VIP extension: the Wadi Cabanas - nine exclusive cabanas right next to the Juha's Journey Lazy River and Wavepool! Each cabin accommodates up to 8 people. Included in this worry-free package are towels, loungers, table and chairs, and your own refrigerator filled with soft drinks and fruit. Keep in mind, however, that these cabanas are on the pricey - side and are not included in the entrance fees.
3
Pack a Go-ProThe slides in Wild Wadi Waterpark are ideal for thrill-seekers, and those who enjoy recording their antics should consider bringing a waterproof camera or Go-Pro with them to capture every second. You can use Go-Pros on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, one of the world’s fast free-fall water slides.
4
Arrive early! There are several reasons to arrive early. The lines to enter the park get longer as the day goes on, and the sun loungers get snapped up quickly as well. For the smoothest experience, book your tickets in advance and arrive as early in the day as you can.
5
Prepare for sunWild Wadi Waterpark is predominantly outside and exposed to the elements. Make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses so that you can safely enjoy the sunshine and hot weather. When choosing your swimwear, make sure that it is not too revealing or even transparent. Children who still wear diapers must wear water proof ones - you can buy them on the spot if you forgot to bring them along.

Wild Wadi Waterpark: Fun for all the family

Three swimming pools, 17 water slides and a children's play area on an area of about 49,000 m² (527,000 square ft) offer a refreshing cooling in summer temperatures for young and old. The water park in the Jumeirah district, which has won several national and international awards, is an unmissable attraction on your trip to Dubai.

Pure thrills

After the reconstruction of the Jumeirah Sceirah slide, it is now even longer and has additional fun to offer. Here you will reach a speed of 80 km/h (49 mph) over a length of 120 meters (3,280 ft)! Climbing up the 32-meter (104,987 ft) high tower you will reach the now parallel running slides, which are not for the faint of heart. The ground is literally swept away from your feet - standing upright, with your legs and arms crossed, you stand in a capsule until the flap is pushed, you zoom down the slides at the same time as the other person next to you. Note that this attraction requires a minimum height of 110 cm (3,6 ft).

Slide as a group

The action-loaded Burj Surj slide takes you through two different areas until you finally reach the pool. Sitting on floating hoops, you first go downhill until you reach two spirals that will make you spin. Each hoop can carry up to 4 people with a minimum height of 110 cm (3,6 ft); the total weight may not exceed 365 kg (804 lbs).

Endless seeming slide fun

The Master Blaster also shows off with action! Whether alone or in pairs, the heavy-duty water jets have a lot of power and will literally catapult you into the slide fun. On this ride you go through several parts which makes the slide seem endless. It's best to start at the White Water Wadi or Flood River Flyer to experience every part of the Master Blaster. This slide can be used with a minimum height of 110 cm (3,6ft), the total weight for the single ring may not exceed 120 kg (264 lbs), and 180 kg (397 lbs) for the double ring.

Can you keep the balance?

A combination of 2 water slides and three tornadoes await you at the Tantrum Alley slide. At first you will be tossed back and forth, then you will find yourself spinning in the tornado. At least two, maximum 4 people have space on this floating tire, the maximum weight is 295 kg (650 lbs). To this fun ride the minimum hight of 110 cm (3,6 ft) applies also.

The all-in package

The Juha's Dhow and Lagoon offers the greatest variety: over 100 activities with five slides. This water play park is especially suitable for families with younger children. Apart from some water jets the main attraction is definitely a large bucket that fills with water and empties every two minutes.

Let yourself drift away

After all the excitement comes the desperately needed relaxation with Juha's Journey. On this 360-meter (1181 ft) long ride you'll be slowly rocked through the water on your tire. A relaxing break for young and old alike.

26,400 gallon of water

Tame the water forces in the Action River: waves with more than 1 meter in height and rapid streams! The smaller guest can also enjoy the fun of the river while being supervised by an adult.

Unpredictable surfing fun

Try to stay on the waves of the Wipeout and Riptide with your surfboard. Wild Wadi Waterpark has one of only 4 FlowRiders worldwide that create realistic waves. What looks as simple as this requires skills and patience, while more than seven tons of water per second shoot over the platform. A minimum height of 110 cm (3,6 ft) applies to this attraction.

On the wave, ready, go!

In Breaker's Bay you will throw yourself into the largest wave pool in the Middle East. It creates 1.5-meter (5 ft) high waves that not run parallel only but also cross each other with a total of five different wave combinations. Children should always be supervised by their parents in this pool.
